Monte Christo provides residents with a transparent levy system, comprised of the Monte Christo Eco Estate Home Owners Association Levy, the Monte Christo Retirement Village Home Owners Association Levy and the Monte Christo Retirement Village Caring Levy.
Combined, these levies cover everything from basic health care services to the maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of all roads, common property, gardens, street lighting, conservation area, access control and security fencing, as well as management and administration functions of the estate.
The Levy Stabilization Fund safeguards the sustainability of the Monte Christo Retirement Village levy structure, ensuring both that the Village is run and maintained to a high standard and that levy increases are kept to a minimum. In order to achieve these objectives, a Levy Stabilization Contribution equal to five percent of the sale price is payable to the Monte Christo Retirement Village Home Owners Association when any unit in the Village is sold. The levy structure has been designed to ensure all residents enjoy a peaceful and harmonious lifestyle in a clean, safe and secure environment.
