The apartments are situated within the same structure as the clubhouse and caring facilities, providing owners easy access to the most important amenities within the Village. There are 40 bachelor and one bedroom apartments on offer as well as 8 bedsitters.

Should the need arise, all residents of the De Caravel apartments can access the Assisted Living service provided by the caring administrator.

Apartments come standard with satin chrome finishes, built-in cupboards, electric hob or microwave and/or oven with extractor filter in the kitchen, internet and email ready within an advanced secure estate boasting a Personal Emergency Management System (P.E.M.S.).

Each apartment is wheel chair friendly, including floor-level showers with built-in seats. All ground-level units come standard with tiled patios and exclusive use gardens, while the remaining units (excluding some bedsitters) come standard with tiled balconies. A choice of three different, mix and match finishes for tiles, cupboards, carpets and granite counter tops are available. Built-in cupboards and an allocated, covered parking bay complete each apartment.

The De Caravel building is elegantly finished with plastered and painted clay brick walls and Victorian-style charcoal roofing supported by timber beams and columns.
